Payment and Refunds

1. Ownership: All event materials, speeches, digital content, and resources provided are our exclusive intellectual property. You may not record, reproduce, or distribute any part of our Services without prior written consent.

2. No Unauthorized Distribution: You are prohibited from reselling, repackaging, or redistributing our speeches, coaching frameworks, event recordings, or any other proprietary content in any form.

3. Personal Use Only: Content shared during events and coaching is for your personal and professional development and may not be used to create competing services or training programs.

 
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from the use of our Services. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims or losses related to your use of our Services.
